Speaking from personal experience, Dr. Austin's IPL dry eye treatment is very effective. And with his latest technology, the treatment is not painful at all. It's surprisingly quick and easy. As importantly, Dr. Austin is a super nice guy who explains everything clearly and patiently. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Austin if you are having dry eye issues. He's great!​​​​​​​

Out of all the years, I lived with dry eyes. All the Specialists, I’ve seen, This is the only eye Doctor, that gave me, clarity, of why my eyes are dry. Dr.Allen has the equipment to test your eyes.... Thankful!

Dr. Austin is the only doctor to provide any real solutions for my severe dry eyes. My quality of life is so much better after seeing him! I have Sjogrens and struggled with constant pain and inflammation and I am happy to say it’s resolved. He looks at every possible factor that could contribute to dry eyes and leaves no stone unturned in combatting the issue.

I recently met with Dr. Austin for the first time as a new patient with dry eyes. He is very knowledgeable and took the TIME to really explain everything that is going on with my eyes and why he ran the tests he did. Dr. Austin recalls who you are and talks to you with understanding. I had difficulty finding a doctor to address my chalazion and eye rosacea and travelled an hour to be treated by him. It was worth the drive and we were able to treat my eye and avoid surgery.​​​​​​​

Dr Austin has been my Dr for over 20 years and I very appreciate his care and the last couple of months he treated my eyes with IPL treatment to help my dry eyes and help tho oils of gland to flow, I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Dr Austin .​​​​​​​

Dr. Austin’s IPL is the only treatment that has ever worked for my dry eye. I spent so many years suffering and wasted so much money on various dry eye treatments. I visited various Opthamologists, used expensive Restasis and Xiidra drops, and even had the Lipiflow procedure done. Nothing worked. After researching dry eye I came across IPL treatment and Dr. Austin’s practice. I am so glad I did - It has worked beautifully for me. Dr. Austin performs the procedure with great care and the added bonus is the skin around my eyes looks better than before. The IPL treatments have helped my dry eye immensely. It has significantly reduced the stinging and burning feeling in both eyes. The treatment was quick with minimal discomfort. Excellent experience all around.​​​​​​​

I underwent a series of IPL treatments and was wonderfully surprised how my eyes felt. I did not realize the dryness in my eyes following the treatment, my eyes felt silky and refreshed. I would highly recommend this “lunch time” service, it is nice to wake up with eyes that feel fresh.​​​​​​​
